Wahey! Back on my personal website nonsense, gathering up all the things I've been up to. However, turns out that's a lot, so it's still a bit of a work in progress.

So Why Zonelets?

A rough phrase going around the waning days of Cohost that's been on my mind lately: "You have to make it easy to post or you won't." As much fun as I had writing my own gallery and blog for Astraea's shrine and as much as I tried to make it portable and simple, I already know that Zonelets is definitely portable and certainly simple. It's a clean and easy solution, and there's a reason I credit it as inspiration for what I made for Astraea. You have to make it easy, or you won't do it.

So What's Next?

Honestly, I dunno. I mostly want to start using this place for myself and not just for Astraea. I want to have a centralized place for me and my stuff and the things that I make. I want to be able to point people to my cool stuff without relying on social media. I have a pile of things I've made in the last year that only exist publicly on Bluesky, which simply is not acceptable anymore. I have a pile of things to gather and galleries of sorts to make here - all my crochet, most of my low-poly models, my other little doodles and things.

But also, I've been working on new stuff which I'm excited to show off. And I need somewhere to do that. So here we are.
