MSQ ARR Coop NoRT90 SS

MSQ ARR Solo NoRT90 SS

MSQ: Main Story Quest (complete the main game)
ARR: A Realm Reborn (base game, patches 2.0 - 2.55)
NoRT90: No Road To 90 (character not granted an XP buff offered for low population servers)
SS: Single Segment (run completed in single sitting)
Note that cooperative time is called when all players complete the final quest.
